So happy to announce my first work release in 2018. I had the most wonderful pleasure to make illustrations for Goroke, a lovely Seoul based clothing brand. It’s a project very close to the model’s heart since the sweatshirts were embroided with an illustration of her dog.
Available in 3 colors, pink, orange an green. I tried the pink one on, it’s super cute and super comfy! Also comes with a postcard of my illustration of model Seungyeon and her dog!
Please check out the page for the sweatshirts with my design HERE!
Happy Year of the woof woof! I had a much busier and better illustration year in 2017 so I’d like to express my thanks to my clients and colleagues in Japan and overseas! Of course, thank you friends and family for the love, patience and for just being in my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I will be joining Sorama for their Christmas Market and have some illustration prints & products at Sorama from Dec 16th-24th. There will be a small opening party on Dec 16th so please come by if you are in the Tokyo area! There will be many vendors to sell food, coffee, crafts as well on both Dec 16th and 17th!
Please visit Sorama Gallery + Cafe’s website for details and opening hours HERE!
I recently did illustrations for Teen Breathe magazine. Teen Breathe is a magazine for young adults and parents who are looking to read about mindfulness and well-being in the modern day. The article highlights on cyber bullying and how to deal with them.
The article is now online here. Very interesting read for parents and teens! (Words by Donna Findlay)
Thank you to Art Director Jonathan Grogan for the art direction.
This lady I made for The Tokyoiter recently received a lot of love from many wonderful sites. I made this illustration cover for The Tokyoiter about a year ago so I’m glad that The Tokyoiter’s getting a lot of good buzz and praise they deserve!
If you’re wondering what this project is, the boys wrote on The Tokyoiter’s site:
” The Tokyoiter is made by illustration and drawing freaks who are willing to present the talent of artists they like to a larger audience. Some of us are illustrators and some are just living in Tokyo a wonderful city full of stories and daily inspiration. We want to celebrate the passion for this city and its inhabitants’ story.
We hope that each cover will be a testimony of what’s make Tokyo such fascinating place to live and experience. We are sure that with this tribute to The New Yorker traditional cover art and The Parisianer, we can both celebrate illustration, cartooning, drawing, design, creativity… and Tokyo. “
Please check out other covers by amazing artists and read more about this great project here.
